STOKESDALE, N.C. – A man was injured on Belews Lake Sunday afternoon after his foot came in contact with a boat’s propeller.
The people with the injured man brought him in on their pontoon boat after he was injured. Rescue crews met the boat at the Carolina Marina.
The name of the victim and extent of his injuries have not been released.
