The victim has been identified as Roberto Bustos, 39, of Winston-Salem.  Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the shooting happened at a small apartment complex in the Waughtown neighborhood. Broadbay Drive is off High Point Road near its intersection with Waughtown Street.
