Man charged with cocaine possession in Thomasville

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — A High Point man has been charged with cocaine possession in connection after a drug investigation in Thomasville.

Travis Dwight Cody was arrested after Davidson County deputies and Thomasville Police conducted an investigation Wednesday at a home on National Highway, deputies said.

Cody was charged with possession with the intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.

Cody also had outstanding warrants in Guilford County, deputies said.

Cody was placed in the Davidson County Jail under a $50,500 secured bond.

No other information was released.
