HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A man suspected of snapping photographs of a 12-year-old girl while she was trying on clothes in a Target dressing room has been arrested.

Robert Lee Miller, 33, was arrested Monday afternoon in his Mooresville home.  He has been charged with one count of secret peeping, according to WBTV-TV.

Police had been looking to identify the suspect since the incident was reported last Wednesday night at the Target on Sam Furr Road in Huntersville.

Miller was reportedly standing in a dressing room when he used a cell phone to take photos or video of the girl while she changed clothes in the adjacent room.

Lt. Kevin Johnston with the Huntersville Police Department told the station that Miller also used his cell phone to record up a woman’s skirt as she was walking down an aisle in the store.

Authorities used surveillance footage to help identify the suspect.

Miller was jailed in Mecklenburg County after his arrest.
