FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Law enforcement officials plan to hold a press conference Monday about new leads in a cold case murder from 1980.

Authorities plan to talk about new leads in the murder of Ronda Blaylock. Blaylock was reported missing at age 14 back in 1980. Her body was found three days later in Surry County.

The medical examiner said she was stabbed to death. The murder remains unsolved.

The press conference will involve law enforcement agencies from Forsyth, Stokes, Surry counties and South Carolina.
