We are losing an hour of sleep this weekend, which ads to the struggle of many Americans who are not getting a good nights sleep.

Registered dietitian Laura Buxenbaum, with the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, stopped by the 4 p.m. news with some late night snack recipes that help you sleep at night.
