LEXINGTON, N.C. — A Lexington man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly exposed himself in a Walmart parking lot on Tuesday.

Tony Lee Barnes, 63, is charged with one count of felony indecent exposure in front of a minor, two counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of misdemeanor resisting a public officer.

Lexington police say Barnes exposed himself to three people in the parking lot and attempted to elude arrest once officers told him he was being detained. One of the people involved was under the age of 16.
