Large drug bust in Davidson County, $2 million worth of cocaine seized

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. -- Four men were arrested after officials seized close to $2 million in cocaine along with guns and cash from a Davidson County home.

The suspects have been identified as Juan Carlos Miramontes Martinez, 49, of Lexington; Franco Antonio Bonfil, 30, of Raeford; Ramon Hugo Gonzales, 38, of Lexington and Jorge Martinez Sandoval, 24, of Lexington.

The suspects have all been charged with conspiring to traffic cocaine. Sandoval was also charged with possession with intent to sell and distribute cocaine and two counts of maintaining a dwelling.

Martinez, Bonfil and Gonzales were jailed under bonds of $1 million. Sandoval was jailed under a $3 million bond.
