The national nightmare is over. Facebook is back.
On Monday, the world came to a screeching halt. Facebook was down for millions of users across the world.
The outage was first reported around 3:03 p.m. ET. Most users attempting to load the social networking website were getting error messages.
The social media site started coming back online around 3:45 p.m. ET.
