It’s like winning the coffee lottery — an “Ultimate Starbucks” card made of 10K hammered gold and offering “Starbucks for Life,” or three decades.
Ten U.S. customers, three in Canada and one in the U.K. are eligible to win the contest, which started Dec. 2 and ends Jan. 5.
The estimated value of the offer, according to the USA Today, is $54,000. Each winner’s name will be engraved on his or her card.
The fine print on the company’s website explains that “for life” means a daily free food or beverage item at participating stores, for 30 years.
Customers can use a Starbucks gift card or mobile app through Jan. 5 for the chance to win one of thousands of prizes including the “lifetime” grand prize.
