Greensboro teen shot Saturday improves

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are still searching for the men who shot a teen over the weekend.

A 15-year-old is in stable but guarded condition at Moses Cone Hospital after being shot once, possibly twice, said Greensboro Police Capt. Mike Richey.

The shooting happened on a wooded trail between Elium Drive and Springmont Drive about 3:50 p.m.
