GREENSBORO, N.C. — One restaurant in Greensboro is thinking a little outside the box to create an appealing and somewhat surprising type of barbeque.
North Carolina is known for its pork barbecue. Hickory Tree BBQ decided to do something a little different — turkey barbecue.
“I always tell people, yes, we have the audacity to sell be a barbecue restaurant in North Carolina and not sell pork,” said one employee.
Hickory Tree BBQ is located at 2804 Randleman Road in Greensboro.
