Greensboro police locate shooting victim with ‘several gunshot wounds’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person was shot in Greensboro on Tuesday night, according to a news release from the Greensboro Police Department.

Officers responded to the 2800 block of North O. Henry Boulevard at 8:54 p.m. in reference to a shooting.

“Upon arrival officers located a victim suffering from several gunshot wounds,” the release said.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

There is no word on the victim’s condition.
