Greensboro natives could return to TV show ‘Survivor’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Imagine a season of television’s “Survivor” with past contestants such as Greensboro natives Jeff Varner and Kelly Wiglesworth.

That could become reality, according to RealityBlurred.com.

The website, which covers reality TV news has reported that the spring 2016 season of the CBS competitive reality series will feature former cast members who didn’t win.

If so, Wigles­worth and Varner could qualify. Wiglesworth appeared on the show’s first season in 2000 and Varner on its second in 2001.
