Greensboro man, 20, killed in single-vehicle crash

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Authorities said a 20-year-old Greensboro man was killed after his Jeep ran off the road and hit some trees late Thursday night.

Cameron James Dreisbach was pronounced dead at the scene by Guilford County emergency workers, according to police.

Police said the crash happened as Dreisbach was headed north in his 1998 Jeep Wrangler around 11:53 p.m. in the 2900 block of Horse Pen Creek Road.

Authorities said the collision is currently being investigated by the Greensboro Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit.

Details of the investigation or a potential cause of the crash have not been released.
