Greensboro detectives investigating suspicious death

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Detectives from the Greensboro Police Department are currently at 3410 Darden Road investigating the death of an adult woman.

The circumstances surrounding the GM911 call to the residence have police preliminarily classifying the death as suspicious.

Officers along with EMS were dispatched to the home at 3:54 p.m. today and found the woman unresponsive. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The woman was later identified as 66-year-old Barbara Brown Clardy.

Detectives and crime scene investigators are continuing to investigate.

Police say they are not looking for any suspects.
