Governor of Virginia admitted to hospital after horse-riding accident in Africa

RICHMOND, Va. — Virginia Gov. Terry  McAuliffe was admitted to the hospital after complications from a horse-riding accident in Africa, according to WTVR.

Gov. McAuliffe was on vacation with his family in Tanzania when he was thrown from a horse and broke seven ribs, according to the governor’s spokeswoman.

He is expected to make a full recovery and be back on his feet in 2-3 days.
