WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Volunteers from Center Grove Baptist Church spent Saturday helping clean, paint and spruce up the landscaping at Bolton Elementary School in Winston-Salem.

More than 100 people volunteered with the work.

"It's very very important for us to get outside of the walls of the church and get into the community and do all that we can to share the love of Jesus and show the greatness of God," said Pastor Steve Courts.
