Damage, flooding and power outages were reported as storms moved through the Triad Monday afternoon and evening.

According to the Duke Energy outage map, more than 1,400 customers were without power in Forsyth County as of 11:15 p.m. Monday.

More than 1,000 Duke Energy customers did not have power in Guilford County.

By Tuesday morning, power had been restored to most of those customers.

There wass widespread tree damage in Greensboro.

A large tree fell on a car at Fairmont Street and Woodlawn Avenue in Greensboro. It is unclear if anyone was in the car at the time.

There is heavy tree damage on Dewey Street.
