Firebomb thrown through apartment window in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating a firebomb that was thrown through an apartment window late Monday night in Greensboro.

Officials responded to the Deer Meadows apartment complex around 11:15 p.m.  where they discovered that an incendiary device had been thrown into one of the units.

A neighbor was able to quickly put out the fire and there was only  minor damage to the apartment.

No one was hurt or forced from their home.

There is no additional information at this time.
