FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — All lanes of Interstate 40 business are open following a fatal wreck near Kernersville.
The wreck happened just before 8 a.m. on I-40 Business eastbound.
Both lanes of traffic were closed Tuesday morning just west of Exit 14, which is near Kernersville Road.
Drivers were rerouted around the wreck to avoid delays.
