Endangered fish thriving at North Carolina Zoo

ASHEBORO, N.C. — The North Carolina Zoo is home to many animals that are threatened or even endangered in the wild.   

That includes a fish that once thrived in North Carolina, but now the short-nosed sturgeon is basically extinct in our state.   

Shannon Smith shows us this special fish in this week's Zoo Filez.
