DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Two people were found dead at a home in Davidson County between High Point and Thomasville on Thursday night.

The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office was called to the home at 362 Garcia Kennedy Road by family members worried about the elderly couple.

Deputies said they are looking for a van that is owned by the two unidentified victims.

Those victims were found by a family member and investigators are trying to figure out how and why they died.

The sheriff’s office said the two victims were found inside the home, but they have yet to get inside and determine if this was a robbery.

Investigators are focusing on a missing dark blue Chrysler with the license plate XRX – 2142. The sheriff believes the killer may be driving it.

There is an all-point bulletin for High Point Highway Patrol for a100-mile radius. Officials are encouraging any citizen who sees this van to notify law enforcement immediately and don’t approach it.

The sheriff said there is no ground search in this area tonight because they feel like the suspect left in that dark blue van.
