GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. – A family dog died in a house fire in Guilford County on Wednesday.

The fire was at a home in the 2800 block of Lees Chapel Road.

There is no word on what caused the fire or how many people lived at the home.

Firefighters are still investigating.
