NEW YORK — Cops kill a teen gunman in New York after the teen allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at cops.

A teen gunman in Brooklyn was shot by cops and killed on Saturday by two officers after they say he pointed a gun at them, WABC is reporting.

According to the report, plain-clothed officers in an unmarked car came upon a group of teenagers and young men near 52nd Street. Police said one of the teenagers, Kimani Gray, of Montgomery Street in Brooklyn. began walking away adjusting his waistband and was “acting suspiciously,” WABC is reporting.

Officers said they approached Gray when he turned around and pointed a .38 caliber gun at them, according to the report.

The two officers opened fire and shot the teen. Gray later at Kings County Hospital.

Police have not determined whether the teen fired his weapon. A loaded .38-caliber revolver was recovered at the scene, according to WABC.
