BURLINGTON, N.C. — A man accused of exposing his genitals to a fast food employee at a Hardee’s drive-thru window was arrested Sunday in Burlington.

The Burlington Times-News reported that Kenneth Cooper Humphries, 50, of Burlington, exposed himself at the 2756 Alamance Road location between 6 and 6:30 a.m. Saturday after ordering.

The employee reportedly gave him his food, took note of his license and called police. Police said Humphries allegedly did the same thing last Thursday.

He was arrested Sunday morning and charged him with indecent exposure. He received a $1,000 bond and has court on May 23.

The paper reported that the car Humphries drove was registered to his mother.
