GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Having your home broken into is bad enough, but a man in Greensboro says burglars also vandalized his home on West Friendly Avenue before leaving with his things.

"All my belongings were gone. They stole my whole life. Everything that was worth value was taken. Everything," said Justin Lloyd, the burglary victim.

Police say the suspects took $3,300 worth of electronics from his home near the UNCG campus Sunday night. Lloyd says they also trashed his home, emptied his fridge and traumatized his dog.

Investigators are doing everything they can to find his stolen belongings, but Lloyd reached out to FOX8 to help find the people responsible.

"[Friendly Avenue] is one of the busiest streets in Greensboro. I know people are going fast to and from work, but to carry a lot of stuff from here to there in broad daylight, I know somebody may have seen something. If they didn’t, it’s OK. I figured this was worth a try," said Lloyd.

Greensboro police say they have interviewed some people of interest, but no arrests have been made.
