Yahoo Travel recently published a list of the best buffets in every state and a Wilmington restaurant took the top spot for North Carolina.
Casey’s Buffet at 5559 Oleander Drive in Wilmington took the No. 1 spot for the Tar Heel state, according to Yahoo Travel’s article.
The article described the buffet by saying, “Casey’s Buffet in Wilmington is soul food on an all-you-can-eat platter. My, oh my!”
The description of the restaurant on Google.com said it’s a “sprawling, no-frills stop with a buffet spread of BBQ, fried chicken & sides for lunch & dinner.” The restaurant had a nearly-five star online rating.
The Original Benjamin’s Calabash Seafood Buffet in Myrtle Beach was No. 1 in South Carolina, Brooks Shaw’s Old Country Store in Jackson won Tennessee and Yukai Buffet in Virginia Beach won Virginia.
