GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Greensboro will have 70 new jobs by the end of the year as a consumer goods company has picked the city to put its new eastern hub.
LF USA has moved into 30,000 square feet of office space. It will take 200 workers to be fully staffed, and the company has already filled 130 positions.
The New York-based company specializes in designing and marketing apparel for major retailers. Positions in their Greensboro operations include accounting, finance, logistics and customer service.
The company's clients include local companies like Hanesbrands and Gerber Children's.
While Gov. Bev Perdue attended Monday's jobs announcement, the company actually did not take state incentives.
