CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Dozens of Carowinds employees have been fired and will soon be kicked out of the country, according to WSOC.
The employees were in the United States on work visas but getting fired from the local amusement park means they’ll soon have to leave.
The 27 Carowinds employees, all foreign workers, were fired after they were accused of underage drinking and running from the police in a hotel parking lot.
“I just feel sad because I never thought that this was going to happen,” a 20-year-old international worker said.
