2 injured after tree falls on vehicle in Winston-Salem

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Two people were taken to the hospital after a tree fell on a vehicle in Winston-Salem Wednesday morning.

The tree fell on Old Hollow and Germanton roads just before 9 a.m., according to authorities.

Both people in the vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Germanton Road is closed between Brownwood and Rock Spring drives.
