ROCK HILL, S.C. — Two men are in police custody after allegedly abusing three dogs with fireworks.
21-year-old De’Angelo Roseboro and 25-year-old Tevin Anderson threw lit fireworks at chained dogs.
According to WSOC, one man threw the explosives at the dogs while the other recorded the incident.
“I’ve seen a lot during my career,” said Rock Hill Police Captain Mark Bollinger, “I’ve not seen anything like this.”
Both men have been charged with three counts of ill treatment of animals.
The three dogs suffered injuries and were taken to a veterinarian.
