DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Two suspects were arrested Sunday for allegedly stealing two ATVs from a home in Lexington.
Joshua Keith Gibbs, 28, and Christopher James Gibbs, 26, were arrested on felony larceny charges.
Deputies said the two ATVs, a 2007 Big bear 400 and a 2008 Grizzly 400, stolen from a home located at 625 Silver Hill Road, were worth an estimated $7,000.
During the investigation, deputies found the two ATVs in the woods near the home.
While conducting surveillance and waiting for the suspects to return, deputies found a pickup truck linked to the suspects in the larceny.
Both men were placed in jail under a $10,000 secured bond. Christopher Gibbs was also charged with simple possession of marijuana and served with an extraditable warrant from Tennessee for four counts of reckless endangerment, requiring no bond.
