Triad health leader discusses advances in AIDS research

The AIDS epidemic found its way to the US as early as 1960, but it was noticed by doctors here in 1981.

Not much was known about it at the time. There was a certain stigma associated with the condition.

On today’s House Calls, we’re joined by Julie McKnight with the Triad Health Project to talk about advances in AIDS research.
