Kids can be pretty resilient when it comes to stress, but for others, stress can turn into anxiety that they may have a difficult time handling.

And with all of life’s changes during this pandemic, an axious child may be struggling mroe than normal.

The New York Times talked to several psychologists and found four ways to help your anxious child.
