Beachgoers at a beach in Fort Lauderdale found themselves surrounded by a group of playful manatees.
Craig Hossack caught the half hour interaction on video. The manatees can be seen swimming and splashing each other close to the shore.
“It made us feel amazing that we were able to witnesses such a thing,” Gina Hossack told the Sun Sentinel.
The manatees, known as gentle animals, are seen rolling around on top of each other and splashing onlookers.
“It was not only a miracle, it was a gift,” Hossack told hte paper. “Who gets to see something like that?”
