In the good old days people had a local pediatrician, from birth to adulthood. Your pediatrician provided personalized, family-centered medical care specific to the needs of children and teenagers. They knew you from birth, watched you grow into adulthood and were with you every step of the way. Why should our children have any less today?
Regional Physicians Pediatrics has brought back those days and welcomes your children to the practice. They are dedicated to providing the best in pediatric care, while understanding the needs of parents and the whole family.
Regional Physicians Pediatrics opens in High Point on October 1, 2014, caring for children from newborn to age 21.
They are a general pediatric office seeing patients for well visits, immunizations, annual and sports physicals, ADHD and behavioral or developmental screenings to sick, acute care and treatment of asthma, allergies, ear infections and sore throats.
They work closely with High Point Regional to help serve the inpatient pediatric needs of the hospital as well as manage the newborn nursery.
Most importantly, they provide a service for families. Pediatrics is a family-centered care specialty. They fill the needs of the family from a social standpoint as well; talk about any behavior issues that may affect the whole family and help the family fill the needs of children who suffer from chronic illnesses.
