Holidays can be an anxiety-inducing time of year; how to fight holiday stress


(WGHP) — The holidays are a festive time of year.

They give us a chance to reflect, and to spend time with family.

But all the extra responsibilities of the season can also make people feel more anxious.

Brittany Todd, the owner and clinical director of B Balanced Counseling and Wellness in Winston-Salem, joins us on this week’s House Calls to talk about holiday stress scenarios and how we can manage the anxiety.
