FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Nicole Alford is the counseling program manager at Family Services of Forsyth County.

She says there’s no question. The coronavirus pandemic has been challenging.

A grant from the Winston-Salem Foundation helped Family Services tap into telehealth

Now they offer counseling sessions and online meetings for domestic abuse and sexual assault survivors remotely.
