Isabel Hicks and Bruce Lynch
An Amber Alert issued for a 14-year-old Virginia girl has been canceled.
Isabel Shae Hicks had been missing since Oct. 21.
On Wednesday night, Virginia State Police said Isabel was safely located.
Authorities believe Isabel was abducted by 33-year-old Bruce William Lynch Jr.
Lynch is now in custody.
Virginia State Police said both were found in Virginia.
