Westchester Drive reopened after crash with power pole in High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. — A car crash involving a power pole left Westchester Drive closed Monday morning in High Point, according to police.

A car was turning left from Whittier Avenue onto Westchester when it collided with another car and hit a City of High Point power pole.

The road was closed between Phillips Avenue and Burton Avenue in both directions.

The road has since reopened.
