Wreck in Winston-Salem with multiple entrapments shuts down part of North Liberty Street

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A wreck involving a car and a truck in Winston-Salem on Saturday shut down a portion of North Liberty Street.

Units responded to North Liberty Street near 28th Street, the fire department posted to Twitter shortly after 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities said a truck sustained front-end damage and a car had to have its roof removed to get people out.

There is no word on what caused the crash or if anyone was hurt.
