Local artist explains his passion for painting and looks back at his successful career

GREENSBORO, N.C. — For 31 years artist William Mangum has dedicated his talent to helping the homeless with the Honor Card.

The program, which first started in Greensboro, has now grown throughout the state. In this edition of Roy’s Folks Chad Tucker takes a look back at his successful career and what inspires him today.
