Lockdown lifted at Thomasville High School and Middle School

UPDATE: Police gave an "all clear" and the lockdown has been lifted at Thomasville High School and Middle School.

THOMASVILLE, N.C. -- Thomasville High School and Thomasville Middle School are on lockdown Tuesday morning.

Police are on the scene.

Someone reported seeing someone with a gun near one of the schools, Thomasville City Schools officials confirmed.
