Alamance County man accused of sexually assaulting a child

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — A Gibsonville man is accused of sexually assaulting a child in mid-July, according to a press release.

On July 10, the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office received information about an alleged sexual assault that occurred between Darrell Lee Sisk and a minor. Following an investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Wednesday, Sisk surrendered to Alamance County deputies and was charged with indecent liberties with a child.

He was taken to the Alamance County Detention Center on a $50,000 secured bond. He has a Dec. 21 court date.
