Greensboro exercise class helps ‘fight’ Parkinson’s disease

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- People in the Piedmont have a new way to fight the progression of Parkinson's Disease.

A nationally known exercise class called Rock Steady helps patients control, and even stop, some of their symptoms.

Pure Energy Gym in Greensboro offers this class three days a week.
