A woman who worked at a confectionery plant in Russia died Tuesday morning after she fell into a large tank of melted chocolate.

Reports of why 24-year-old Svetlana Roslina fell into the vat have been conflicting. One source said she dropped her cell phone and tried to retrieve it, while another one says she was dumping a sack of ingredients and slipped, Daily Mail reports.

According to a local newspaper, she was “minced,” and “only her legs were left.”

Roslina was married and had two children who were under the age of five.

The investigation is ongoing.
