Former Carolina Panthers cornerback Charles “Peanut” Tillman showed his support for the military by jumping from an airplane.

The jump, which was part of the USAA and the NFL’s “Salute to Service” campaign, gave Tillman a first-hand look at military professionals day-to-day life.

Tillman, who was part of the Carolina Panthers’ 2015 Super Bowl team, had two interceptions and two forced fumbles. He retired at the end of the year.
