FAA issues ground stop at Charlotte airport

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Federal Aviation Administration issued a ground stop due to weather at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport Monday morning.

A ground stop slows or stops the flow of incoming airplanes into an airport.
