Jamestown company makes malt mustard

JAMESTOWN, N.C. -- When you sit it down at the dinner table, there is normally things you can put on food to make it better, but many people are discovering that one of those North Carolina-based extras add a whole lot of flavor.

Olivia and Al Wolf arrived in America seven years ago and immediately got to work trying to help people taste a little of their German heritage.

So Al, the lead brewer at Red Oak Brewery in Whitsett, is finding a unique way to use the malt he brews with each day to create Brewmaster's Malt Mustard.
